Small Grants
We’re making small grants of up to £1,000 available for VCF organisations and community groups for activities designed to support the consultation and engagement of local people.
The aim of the grants is to actively engage the community in conversation so the 10-year vision for Bootle South is co-created and co-owned.
Activities funded through the grant must;

Empower local people to shape the future of their neighbourhood

Deliver meaningful community engagement covering the themes below

Feedback outcomes to residents
Organisations and community groups must be delivering services directly to residents of Bootle South.
The Pride in Place funding aims:

To build stronger communities
-
To create thriving places
-
To empower people to take back control
Underpinning the funding are three core objectives to:

Improve community spaces
-
Improve Public spaces
-
Revitalise the high street and town centre
Activities should aim to:

Reach underrepresented residents.

Engage at least 30 local people.
-
Collect usable feedback.
-
Include photos, quotes, maps or recordings as evidence.

Celebrate local pride as well as identifying challenges.
